At Tualca, each of our products is custom-made with care, just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to providing the highest quality at every step of the process. To help you feel confident in your choice, you are welcome to purchase a sample first. Once you're happy with the look and quality, we can create a custom design tailored to your wall.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at tualcadesign@gmail.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will ensure a resolution by resending your order at no additional cost. To proceed, we kindly ask you to document the issue with the courier at the time of delivery or provide us with clear evidence of the defect or damage.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Our products are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To address such issues, please ensure you reach out to us immediately upon receipt.
